Description
Golden Sceptre is a classic, highly popular dahlia featuring small, perfectly formed pompon blooms in a vibrant, glowing canary yellow that deepens to a rich gold at the center. The tightly layered, honeycomb-structured flowers hold their brilliant sunshine tone beautifully without fading. It is a robust and exceptionally generous variety that produces a non-stop mass of color from mid-summer until the first autumn frosts.
We’re not huge fans of yellow dahlias on the farm, and have really struggled to find one that we like and blends well with other colours. This one has been a winner, and we are yet to find a better “yellow” dahlia.
